Funny that I was having this exact conversation with Mackenzie as I was getting dressed for that party last night.

Assuming we're talking about house parties/college parties:

Nah, I really don't get fancy for those. The only thing I get dressed up for these days is court. BUT I usually break parties into two different categories. Black and White. I dress more diverse and feminine, if you will, at white parties. Like last night I was gonna go to a white party first, so I put on stockings, a dress, boots, and a jacket.
Black people parties/gatherings/shindiggs, I usually don't give a motherfuck. I'm much more likely to put on sneakers and a fitted-or basically more street wear. Street wears my cup of tea so I'll mismatch whatever and still feel pretty confident in how I look.
